The room was AMAZING!! Everything was spotless and the décor was so current and peaceful. It was a really quiet environment and conveniently located near a lot of restaurant choices and a quick drive to the Cumberland Gap Visitor Center.

The staff was courteous. Also the breakfast was amazing. The bed and bedding was comfy.

It was incredibly clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The beds were ultra comfortable, and the room spacious and perfect for work and relaxation. In a quiet area. Very happy that I chose this hotel. I will certainly stay here again when I come back. It was close to all the attractions at Cumberland Gap, but out of the way of the crowds.

Breakfast was nice and standard-scrambled eggs with sausages. Location is really great as it’s close to Cumberland Gap visitor center, near the major restaurants and Walmart and right off the major road.

It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The only complaint is there was only one USB port in one lamp and it didn’t work to charge our cell phones.

I usually stay at the holiday inn express when traveling through the area but I decided to try something different and sleep in was a damn good choice. It was a late check in but to my surprise the staff were up beat and chipper for a 3rd shift crew. It was pleasant to experience that I typically don't encounter with late check in.

Very nice size room nice bed and pillows ,very comfortable, nice bath and shower, nice size t.v with good channel selection, nice view from top of the mountain, breakfast was very nice and clean . I would recommend to anyone, and will stay there again.
